Bacon Wrapped Chicken in Sour Cream Sauce
6 frozen chicken breasts
1 cup of fat free sour cream
1 10.75 oz can of cream of chicken soup 98% fat free
12 slices of turkey bacon
Spray slow cooker with Pam spray
Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon and layer into crock pot
In a bowl combine soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 8 hrs or on high for 6
serve with potatoes and veggie of your choice
Makes 6 servings

Wow, Carrie - that sounds great! I know the husband will go for it because it has bacon. I'm definitely going to try this THIS WEEK!! Congrats on a big loss - I hope this week is easier for all of you.
